One of my brothers is in town visiting, so we joined acro forces! It’s his first time doing yoga, so I’m stoked we pulled it off and even free-styled our own stunts. Total core and leg workout! Grab a partner and go for it; it’s so much fun, but be mindful of form and posture. Stretch, warm-up, and remember that falls are going to happen, so try to make them safe with an exit strategy.
